Ordering with Thai N Pie means you accept the following terms and conditions. These terms apply when you access our website, browse our menu, or place an order online or over the phone.
Ordering with us constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect when you first access the site or phone us. If you do not accept these terms, you must not place an order via the internet or over the phone.
Once your order has been placed, we begin cooking straight away. To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please call within 5 minutes of placing the original order. Cancellation requests should be made by phone rather than email.
We cannot guarantee that our food is free from nuts, nut derivatives, or other ingredients that may cause allergies or allergic reactions. We cook dishes from scratch, so a large number of ingredients are present in our kitchen.
We aim to deliver orders to the address provided within 45–60 minutes. During busy periods or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take longer. Where possible, we will do our best to keep customers updated.
We have a £15 minimum order. If delivery charges apply, we will notify you while taking your order, whether you order online or over the phone.
You agree to provide a valid postcode, full address and contact telephone number with your order. Incorrect details may prevent us from delivering within the stated timescale, and payment should not be withheld due to incorrect address or contact details.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to contact you by phone or email after you place an order. For large orders, we may request a deposit before confirming the order. The total price will be confirmed before completion.
If you are outside our stated catchment area, we may be unable to deliver within the normal delivery time. If in doubt, please call us before placing your order and we can provide an estimated delivery time.
Food photographs on this site do not represent exactly how dishes will be delivered. Images may differ from the ingredients or presentation of the delivered dishes. All photographs are serving suggestions or generic representations.
Dish descriptions describe the item in question. If ingredients are unavailable, our chefs may use suitable replacements. Please call before ordering if you are unsure about ingredients, contents or packaging.
We generally use standard 500ml takeaway containers for dishes. We reserve the right to use other packaging, but portion sizes will be equivalent. Some dishes may settle during delivery.
You are entering into a contract with Thai and Pie for delivery or collection of your order.
We will not be liable for claims or losses, including direct, indirect, special, economic or consequential loss or damage, arising from the use of this site or material provided by email or other communication methods.
Thai and Pie will endeavour to handle all complaints as soon as possible. Please address any complaints or requests using the contact details provided on this website.
We do not warrant that this site is free from viruses or bugs, or that this site is compatible with all computer systems and browsers.
